We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team at Manzer Family Medicine, Counselor Cynthia Hester! Cynthia will be joining our practice in Carthage starting Monday, January 29.

With Cynthia's arrival, we are expanding our healthcare services to include counseling, furthering our commitment to the holistic well-being of our community. Cynthia brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to mental health care, and we are excited to have her on board.

We have temporarily adjusted our urgent care walk-in hours to enhance service efficiency and ensure the highest quality of care for our community due to staffing issues:

- Monday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

This change is part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best possible care, thanks to our dedicated staff's efforts. We look forward to serving you during these new hours! We are diligently working on staffing to be able to resume our normal urgent care hours as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

As we welcome the New Year, we would like to inform you that Manzer Family Medicine will be closed on New Year's Day. This closure is in observance of the holiday, allowing our staff to celebrate and usher in 2024 with their families and loved ones.

We will resume our regular clinic hours from January 2nd. For any medical emergencies during our closure, please visit your nearest emergency room.

Happy 4th of July!! We will be closed today to allow our staff to spend time with their families. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!! We will reopen tomorrow morning at 8:30 for our regular business hours.

We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time medical assistants at our clinics. We are seeking organized, self-sufficient, and friendly individuals who are ready to work in a fast pace and challenging position along side a team of hard working healthcare professionals. Working as a medical assistant in our office offers a unique experience for personable and motivated individuals who enjoy working with patients of all ages. Daily duties include taking vitals, performing blood draws, and running in house tests, as well as assisting providers with procedures.
No previous experience or certification necessary. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance. Free healthcare in the clinic for staff and their immediate family, PTO and vacation. All training will be provided.

We are currently accepting new patients. We accept most insurance plans including Missouri Medicaid. We are open for regular clinic hours Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Our urgent care hours are Monday through Friday 1:00pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Please call or text us at 417-310-9286 to schedule an appointment.
