Speaker Spotlight: Dr. Shelby Baugh-Bruner ✨

We’re proud to highlight one of our incredible panelists for the EmPOWERing Women in Business Conference, Dr. Shelby Baugh-Bruner!

As the owner and optometrist at Carthage Vision Clinic, LLC., Dr. Baugh-Bruner has built a career centered on excellence in patient care, leadership, and community impact. Since earning her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, she has dedicated herself to serving the Carthage community through comprehensive eye care and a commitment to improving quality of life for her patients.

Beyond her professional work, Dr. Baugh-Bruner is deeply engaged in leadership across multiple organizations. She currently serves on the Carthage Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has held numerous leadership roles throughout her career, including serving as President of the Carthage Rotary Club. Her passion for service and growth makes her a powerful voice in shaping the future of our community.

At this year’s conference, Dr. Baugh-Bruner will join our panel discussion on “Generations of Leadership: Women Shaping the Future Together.” Her insight, experience, and dedication to empowering others are sure to inspire attendees.

We will be open normal hours Monday 12/22 and Tuesday 12/23. We will be open 8am-noon on Christmas Eve and closed the remainder of the week.
