The two recently volunteered their time to perform sports physicals for the Special Olympics Athletes at Smith County High School. Good luck to these wonderful Athletes as competitions start next week!

Welcome Home, Dr. Sarah Rutherford! 🩺

Join us in giving a warm welcome to Dr. Sarah Rutherford, the newest addition to our team at Highpoint Family Wellness - Carthage!

A native of Carthage, Dr. Rutherford is building on a legacy of care that her family has provided to the community for decades. She is now accepting new patients for a variety of family medicine and obstetric care needs, including:
-Women's health
-Preventative care
-Acute illness and injury
-Chronic disease management
-Mental health

Dr. Rutherford received her medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University - DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed further training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

It's Official! Highpoint Orthopedics and Neurosurgery launched its partnership as the official sports medicine provider for Gallatin High School and we couldn't be more excited! We will be providing sideline support and streamlined care to help these athletes get back to competing after injury.

A Winning Partnership: Highpoint Health & Vol State Athletics! 🏆

Another year, another successful sports physical event with our partners at Vol State! Our Highpoint Health Partners team worked hard to process over 100 student-athletes in a record time of just one hour, ensuring they are all set for the 2025-2026 athletics season.

From vital checks and eye exams to the full sports physical, we loved helping each athlete prepare for a great year. Our partnership with Vol State continues to grow stronger, and this event something we look forward to every year!

Exciting things are happening at Highpoint Family Wellness in both Gallatin and Carthage! We are expanding to better meet the needs of our growing communities.

In Gallatin, we will soon be relocating to a comfortable and modern new space in Suite 130, just downstairs in the Sumner Medical Plaza.

Meanwhile, at Highpoint Family Wellness - Carthage, we're knocking down walls and expanding our current space to take over the entire right side of Medical Office Building #2! The address will remain the same, but the space will be bigger and better.

We are constantly thinking of ways to grow and best support your health needs. We can't wait to show you the new spaces! Both clinics are fully operational and seeing patients at the current locations.
