Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Pinehurst, NC, in adjacent Moore County, Peak Resource’s Pinelake adult rehabilitation center has been a staple in the community for almost a decade. Our goal at Peak Resources Pinelake is to provide the highest quality of adult care services for you or your loved ones. That is why along with being a rehabilitation center, we are also a nursing and Alzheim

er’s care unit with 90 nursing beds and 20 memory care Assisted Living beds. Our Carthage, NC adult rehabilitation center is designed not only for residents who have complex medical conditions but also for those who are recovering from surgery or illness. We hope that by offering residents a comprehensive rehabilitation program, we can help each resident make a more complete recovery. Our highly-skilled staff will make you or your loved ones feel at home in a comfortable and inviting environment, whether they are staying a few days or months.

Our Missing Man Table serves as a powerful reminder of those who are no longer with us but will never be forgotten. Each item on the table represents the courage, sacrifice, and enduring hope connected to our fallen heroes and those still missing in action.

We wrapped up Nursing Home Week with the perfect ending — Character Day and a fun cookout! 🍔🌭🎤 Dorothy, Pippi Longstocking, Tinkerbell, Thing 1&2, Snow White, and even Grumpy made appearances while residents and staff enjoyed karaoke, great food, and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages together. Today was all about celebrating our incredible nurses! 💙 We treated our nurses to a special lunch, relaxing massages, fun Nurses Week activities, and recognized some truly deserving award winners. From laughter during the Guess the Baby reveal to taking a moment to unwind and feel appreciated, today was a small way to thank the nurses who give so much every single day.
