Come see the amazing transformation a little paint, new flooring, and updated artwork has made to a building that has served Panola County since 1968. Our new artwork proudly highlights local communities like Beckville, Carthage, Gary, Long Branch, and more.

Happy New Year from Panola County Nursing & Rehabilitation! 🎉

2025 brought us laughter, loss, and tears as we said goodbye to beloved residents. It brought staff changes and challenges—but through it all, we stood together. Because of that strength, we welcome 2026 with renewed goals, completed renovations, and hearts full of love, ready to share with our residents, families, and community.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who participated in our Resident's Christmas Party this year, including those who donated gifts , adopted residents, sent cards, provided assistance, prepared food, decorated, and contributed in various ways. We especially appreciate the staff here at Panola ❤️. Thank you!

It was Bingo time today! Our residents had a wonderful afternoon of games, laughter, and fellowship at Central Baptist Church. We are so grateful for our community partners ❤️

We had some very special small visitors today! Kindergartners from Gary ISD filled our halls with the best Christmas carols and so much holiday cheer. Their sweet voices brought big smiles to our residents’ faces. ❤️🎄
