Our homes provide caring, trained, licensed & certified staff in an attractive surrounding with the assistance you want. Welcome to our home away from home: HICKORY GROVE SUPPORTIVE LIVING COMMUNITY. We also have beautifully decorated common areas which include the Library, Formal Living Room, Dining Room, Beauty Parlor, and Fitness Room. We have CPR current State of IL. certified staff on duty 24 hours a day. We provide nursing services assisting with medication, monitoring of health conditions, physical restorative exercises, and assistance with ADL's, lab and physicians appointments as needed. We provide an activity program, housekeeping, trash, laundry, and bathing. We help arrange for transportation to appointments and recreational outings.
