Today at the Community Wellness Alliance Coalition meeting, we took time to honor our law enforcement and first responders with lunch and a simple Blue Zones self-care training.

Grateful for those who showed up and for the opportunity to support the ones who serve our community every day. đź’™

❗️If they can't buy it, don't supply it ❗️

Reminder for parents: Providing alcohol to minors is illegal and unsafe. Even small amounts can put youth at risk for accidents, poor decisions, and alcohol poisoning.

The best way to keep our kids safe is to set clear rules and lead by example. Let’s work together to protect our youth.

Today we had the privilege of being at Gordonsville High School getting ready for prom weekend!

We asked one simple question: *What do you want to remember about your prom?* đź’
The answers were powerful, thoughtful, and a reminder that moments matter.

Students also took part in an interactive game focused on alcohol awareness for Alcohol Awareness Month, learning how to make safe, confident choices while still having an unforgettable night.

We’re cheering on every student heading to prom tomorrow, have fun, stay safe, and make memories you’ll be proud to carry with you! ✨

New research adds to growing concerns about cannabis va**ng and youth mental health. A study published in Addiction found that va**ng cannabis — particularly high-THC products — is associated with higher rates of anxiety and depressive symptoms among adolescents and young adults.

As cannabis va**ng becomes more common, it’s important to understand that it isn’t risk-free — especially for developing brains.
