Dear Patients of the Gouverneur location,

After much thought and deliberation we have come to the decision to combine our two offices and will be closing the Gouverneur location effective January 31, 2025.

Dr. Donell will continue to provide chiropractic care to all of her patients at the Carthage location, which is located at 850 State Street. The same quality of care will be provided at this new location and all patients are welcome and encouraged to continue their care in Carthage.

Just a reminder to all our patients. Masks are still required in the office per New York State mandate. We are considered a healthcare facility so please remember to wear those masks and if you forget it see Brenda and she will provide one for you. Thank you for your cooperation.
