Tis the season for…chocolate! 🍫 Fall means homecoming parades, trick or treating and eventually holiday gatherings and treats galore.
What’s your favorite chocolate candy? Reese’s peanut butter cups, M&Ms, Snickers, Almond Joy, Butterfinger, Twix, Kit Kat, York Peppermint Patties? 🤔
Now that I have you thinking about chocolate…let’s talk about it. 😜 I know what you are probably thinking: “You’re a health and fitness coach, why in the world are you talking about candy bars?”
Well, it’s because chocolate cravings are a huge struggle for many people I work with (including myself). Working out, drinking more water, getting better sleep and eating more fruits and vegetables take work. But that is not what many people get stuck on. They get stuck on their sweet cravings, not able to stop eating or even binging out on chocolate and other sweets.
This is obviously a problem because some of the most popular candy bars can contain 200-300+ calories with at least 20 grams of sugar. And that is just the standard size, which seems small compared to all the king and jumbo-size ones they are making now. Plus they contain corn syrups, oils and artificial flavors, sweeteners and preservatives. None of these are good.
Yet even when people know how bad they are, it is so hard to give them up or to not overindulge. Why is that? We’re going to find out in my next challenge group! Let’s Crush Your Chocolate Cravings by digging into what causes them in the first place. I will share tips to control your cravings or satisfy them in other ways, including enjoying chocolate! 🙌 That’s right, you can still enjoy it. But I will be sharing recipes that contain half (or even less than half) the amount of sugar as traditional candy bars. Plus, they are made by you, so you are in total control of the ingredients and no junk allowed. These copycat candy bar recipes are key to helping you satisfy those cravings in a healthy way so you can stick to your goals!
This 5-day workshop is open to anyone who struggles with craving chocolate. Don’t steal your kids’ candy, make your own instead! If you want to Crush Your Chocolate Cravings, and still eat chocolate, then message me ASAP or drop your favorite chocolate GIF for the details! 👊 We start Monday!
