Briarcliff celebrated Cinco de Mayo in style! Residents watched videos of Mexican culture, ate chips with queso, salsa, and homemade guacamole, then enjoyed soft tacos and homemade street corn. They also listened to Mariachi band music as they enjoyed their fiesta! ❤️🌵🌺🌶️
