                                            Our office is growing!  Yost Family Dental is currently hiring for a full time Front Office Appointment Coordinator. At Yost Family Dental, we are dedicated to ensuring families have a positive and comprehensive dental experience. We’d love to have you join our family environment where we practice with integrity, work as a team, and appreciate every role within the office. 
Required Skills - The appointment coordinator represents the practice in all facets of patient services including, but not limited to:
• greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating patient flow 
• skilled in the use of standard office equipment and computer software programs (word, excel, and with training practice management software)
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner   
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations
• Ability to engender trust from the doctors, co-workers, and patients
• Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to quickly grasp relevant concepts regarding duties and responsibilities
• Ability to greet visitors professionally and courteously
Compensation and Benefits – Hourly rate will be based upon experience. Benefits we offer include PTO, paid holidays, retirement, dental benefits, and 4-day work week.
