Today we joined our sister centers for our monthly social. The theme was dress up like a cowboy ( rodeo theme). We enjoyed socializing with peers and staff and making new friends! A few of us dressed up for the social! We definitely enjoyed our day!!

We worked on kitchen safety today following with a video and worksheet. We also had a group discussion over how the weather is cooler in the mornings but still warm in the afternoon. We talked about maybe a light jacket in the morning if it's too cool for them,but try not to overdress due to it still being warm in the afternoon.

Today we enjoyed our day out in the community. We made a trip to Beggs Wild Berry Farm Market. We were able to see different kinds of fruits, homemade candies, hot sauces and many other things. On our way back we stopped at the Sikeston Park and had lunch and enjoyed the nice weather today.
