Bart and I had such an amazing week in Naples, Florida my mom, and my stepdad Rick!!😎🏝️

We had great dinners out, a beautiful day on a boat with family and friends, a spring training baseball game, wandering through the botanical garden, and exploring the Everglades! Not to mention what a good feeling it was to get out of the snow and into the sun!! This was truly a full week in every sense!

At one point, I even held a little alligator… I was definitely nervous about it, especially because the kid in front of me pi**ed it off, and then the trainer had to yell at it before he handed it off to me 😳 lol …But Bart seriously looks like he’s been holding an alligator his whole life!

Mostly, I am just feeling really grateful for the time together with Bart and my family. This was such a special week!! ♥️

I started drawing when I was young- it was something I did instinctively, without thinking too much about it. Somewhere along the way life got loud and busy, and drawing slowly slipped into the background. Not intentionally… It just became one of those quiet parts of me I didn’t have space for anymore.

Recently, I decided to take a class at the Plymouth Center of the Arts with Terry Kole, and with her help that part of me has been revived. Not just the skill, but the joy.- the focus, the curiosity, the feeling of being completely present.

I’m so grateful for teachers who don’t just teach technique, but help you remember who you were before you got pulled in a hundred other directions. This feels like coming back to myself. ✏️🤍🖤

Hi everyone! I took a much needed rest from social media, about 3 months. I took the apps off my phone, and literally it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. Truthfully, I was so addicted to it that I immediately tried to put them back on but couldn’t get past the damn security code, which must’ve been the universe doing me a solid and making me stick to my guns. Anyway, I hope everyone had the best summer ever!! I’m going to leave a nice steaming photo dump for you all….Onto the fall now!!🍁🎃

Yesterday, my amazing boyfriend crushed his first triathlon!! His dedication and humility throughout the process of training was truly inspiring. Working hard and with grace to balance our relationship, celebrating his daughter‘s graduation, and work. He stays so humble while he uplifts and motivates everyone around him. I got to spend an awesome day with his friends and family, waiting to cheer him on…. Not to mention his beautiful daughter, Davi came to surprise him at the finish line!!🥹 To know Bart is to love him. I’m one of the lucky ones!! We are all bursting with love and pride for this Ironman!! Bartholomew F. Clements, you are an absolute force!!! ❤️💫🐻

This meme is cute, but not always the truth… I love the inspiration to share vulnerability and not hiding the struggle… But let’s face it, as noble of a concept as that is, at times we feel safer and more motivated to start something new in private.

There are no words spectacular enough to come close to the sum of this trip to Portugal!! I went with 20 badass ladies, ate as much good food as my belly would hold, and drank as much gin and wine as my liver could hold, oh yeah and did yoga with a couple of the best instructors I know. Super blessed!! 🐟🍹🌊🧘‍♀️💖
