We're expanding our instructor team and looking for dedicated professionals ready to lead and inspire.
The Role:
As an EMT Instructor Coordinator, you’ll oversee and deliver EMT training programs, ensuring compliance with MA OEMS guidelines. You’ll mentor students, manage classroom and clinical instruction, and coordinate with clinical partners and regulatory bodies.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage EMT Basic training courses from orientation to certification
Deliver engaging, up-to-date instruction in accordance with MA OEMS regulations
Supervise and mentor students during classroom and practical skill sessions
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, evaluations, and student progress tracking
Maintain accurate course documentation and compliance records
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Massachusetts Certified EMT Instructor Coordinator (Required)
✅ Current EMT or Paramedic certification in good standing
✅ At least 3 years of field experience (ambulance, fire, or clinical EMS preferred)
✅ Previous instructional experience in EMS education a strong plus
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
✅ Comfortable with instructional technology and modern EMS education tools
