A class that is more about the warm up and cool down, and keeping your intention at the center of your practice. The basic framework of the class will begin with 20 min of warm up, 10 minutes of an easy flow, 20 minutes of cool down, and a 20 minute savasana. During warm up and cool down, you will be encouraged to really focus in on your intention for the class, one that the student has chosen, or the offered intention given by the teacher.
There will also be a Cozy Mode for this class. Sometimes, you just want the positive energy that a yoga class brings, but also want to stay tucked in and cozy-this is the class for you! If you choose Cozy Mode, you will be tucked in with any bolsters or props of your choosing, and settle in for some cozy time for yourself, an underrated form of self care.
