It’s finally here!! My Aculuma LED Phototherapy Mask arrived today! I’m so excited to try this out and use it in my practice ❤️

When science meets skin health, I get excited.
If you know me, you know I don’t bring anything into A New Day unless I believe in it and I’ve tested it first. I’ll absolutely be trying this on myself before it touches a patient.

I already use Aculift in my microneedling line, and LED therapy has been one of my favorite supportive tools for healing, collagen stimulation, calming inflammation, and helping acne. So this is the perfect addition to the other LED lights I already have in the office.

Red light for collagen and fine lines.

Blue for breakouts.

Green for pigmentation.

Near infrared for deeper healing and recovery.
We don’t guess over here. We understand wavelengths.
Integrative skin care is about supporting the body from the inside out and the outside in. This just leveled things up!

Today we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

He prayed for a world where people would be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.

While we wish we could say we have fully lived up to that vision, the truth is we have not taken as many steps forward as he hoped and at times it feels like we have taken steps back.

Still, we remain committed.
