People pleasing, easy going, accommodating, or not wanting to be an inconvenience is a HUGE connection killer.
❌It is believed that always being this type of person will mean more happy relationships when it actuality leads to feelings of resentment, being unheard, being used, not feeling important, and constantly being rejected.
✅If you want true connections you have to show your grit! Stop being a smooth surface by showing your differences, sharing your needs, and expressing your feelings. It’s what allows others to connect to you! It’s what gives you dimension, value, and purpose which is attractive to more emotionally healthy people.😍
