Registration is underway for our one-of-a-kind, transformative Women's Weekend Retreat April 4-6.

If you are a woman undergoing a life transition, (mid-life, loss of a loved one, children leaving the nest, divorce, career change, etc) this retreat will help you Reconnect, Restore, and Rediscover yourself in a safe, judgement-free space.

Sessions will be led by a Psychotherapist, Master Yoga Instructor, and Systemic Family Constellations facilitator.
