The Body Mechanic Like your automobile, the Human Machine must be regularly serviced, and sometimes even repaired.

The Body Mechanic specializes in servicing and repairing the Human Machine. Our fitness classes and Massage Therapy will destress and detoxify your body, and help you to resist injury. Our signature class is Dynamic Power Training which offers student an opportunity to experience a Power Yoga Fusion class which has hybrid elements of martial arts, functional training and deep breathing exercises. Benefits of our classes include:

And much more! About Massage Therapy:
We have learned that the key to injury recovery, and prevention, is full range of motion movement combined with deep breathing, followed by deep massage therapy. This idea is what lead to the development of our Strength Stretching Massage Therapy. These components will enable your body to heal itself, while training your brain to relax, ridding you of chronic pain and tension. Our sessions are a unique synthesis of sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point, and physical fitness training.

Sweat for the day โ€” I hope you are getting in many sweaty workouts each week. Sweating itself is so important. Just in regards the skin, sweating covers your skin in antimicrobial chemicals, which keep your skin safe from many pathogens. This helps to keep the skin resilient, and effective as an immune barrier.
