The Body Mechanic Like your automobile, the Human Machine must be regularly serviced, and sometimes even repaired.

The Body Mechanic specializes in servicing and repairing the Human Machine. Our fitness classes and Massage Therapy will destress and detoxify your body, and help you to resist injury. Our signature class is Dynamic Power Training which offers student an opportunity to experience a Power Yoga Fusion class which has hybrid elements of martial arts, functional training and deep breathing exercises.

And much more! About Massage Therapy:
We have learned that the key to injury recovery, and prevention, is full range of motion movement combined with deep breathing, followed by deep massage therapy. This idea is what lead to the development of our Strength Stretching Massage Therapy. These components will enable your body to heal itself, while training your brain to relax, ridding you of chronic pain and tension. Our sessions are a unique synthesis of sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point, and physical fitness training.

How many days this week have you spent at least ONE SOLID CONTIGUOUS HOUR with vigorous exercise? Be honest. Remember, exercise is the number one deposit you can make.

One of my “secret” weapons — Strong aerobic exercise💪🏾👍🏾👊🏾. This morning was an hour of Power Breathing Power Walking. I absolutely stressed out my mitochondria these past several days with lots and lots of great food (let’s face it, mostly junk food😎), and it was Super Delicious!! Kimberly and I had a great time. But following this must be a cycle of rejuvenation. Indeed, my power walk is all the more effective because I am fasted. And, because I won’t eat again for about 40 hours total, profound positive changes will have happened in my mitochondria, and therefore my entire body. Is this REALLY a secret anymore?😎

Just in regards the skin, sweating covers your skin in antimicrobial chemicals, which keep your skin safe from many pathogens.
