On the way to educate a group at the park on the benefits of massage and the importance of healing long term. It's Self-care season, and I will hammer it in the ground until I'm blue in the face. Let's get better at planning for more than just tomorrow. Those who take care of themselves the best are the ones who understand this is a marathon, not a sprint.

Yes, sometimes facts sound like cliché because we have to keep hearing it sometimes. I know I needed it drilled in my ear until.. I got it! Nutrition is the key to most benefits of our health. It is no different as it relates to Massage. Less inflammation in the joints, weight control, stronger immune system and more lean muscle.
