With one in four older adults being affected, falls can result in hip fractures, broken bones, and even head injuries. These six steps can help keep them healthy and independent for as long as possible.

Baby, it's cold outside! But, a nice cup of cocoa can warm you right up! Our Calyx teams whipped up a spontaneous Hot Chocolate Social complete with all the fixings - sprinkles, candies, and whipped cream! What a fun way to connect during our unseasonably cold and snowy days!
