Here's a quick guide to find your perfect match:

๐Ÿง˜ Hatha: A great starting point! Slow-paced, focuses on foundations and breathing.
๐Ÿ’ง Vinyasa: A dynamic "flow" linking breath with movement for a more athletic practice.
๐ŸŒ™ Yin: A slow practice holding poses for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. Perfect for flexibility and calm.

Sunday December 21st, 2-4pm - Winter Solstice with Yoga-Mojo โœจ SPECIAL EVENT โœจ

Join us for a deeply soothing **all-on-the-floor Stretch & Release practice** as we honor the shift from darkness toward light. The Winter Solstice marks the completion of a cycle and the beginning of renewalโ€”a sacred time to **slow down, reflect, and set intentions**.

This ritual-inspired practice will open with **mantra, mudra, and pranayama**, flowing into Yoga-Mojoโ€™s Stretch & Release asana. You will then be guided through a special seasonal storytelling of **The Yule Faeries โ€“ A Winter Solstice Story,** coupled with the vibrations of a blissful Gong Bath and singing bowls in an extended Savasana.

This soothing breathing technique is perfect for December, helping to calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and release excess heat from the bodyโ€”both physical and emotional.

How to Practice Sitali Breath:

โ„๏ธ Sit comfortably with a tall, relaxed spine.
โ„๏ธ Roll your tongue into a tube (or purse your lips if you can't).
โ„๏ธ Inhale slowly and deeply through the "straw" of your tongue, noticing a cooling sensation.
โ„๏ธ Release the tongue and exhale smoothly through your nose.
โ„๏ธ Repeat for 5-10 cycles.

Tiffany will guide us through using Yoga Tune Upยฎ therapy balls to target areas of chronic tension and fascial adhesions, unraveling stress and stiffness from deep within the tissues.
