Our Yoga Foundations Series with Alyson is designed for beginners and anyone ready to refine their practice. Each session explores a specific family of postures—learning how to align, vary, and safely deepen every pose. We’ll ground the body and mind, rise and extend from the core, spiral and balance through every plane of movement, and finish with a fully integrated Vinyasa flow that brings it all together.
Each 1 hr 45 min class includes time to discuss, ask questions, and explore—plus supportive handouts to keep you practicing at home.
April 4th - Week 1 - Grounding Seated Postures
April 18th - Week 2 - Rising - Standing Postures & Sun Salutations
May 2nd - Week 3 - Spiraling & Balancing - Twists and Balancing Poses
May 9th - Week 4 - Integrating - Putting It All Together
