First day back at work, and something truly heartwarming happened.
As usual, before starting my session, I began by checking on my guest’s health condition. Suddenly, the guest asked, “Do you remember me?”
I smiled and said, “It’s been a while since you last came, hasn’t it?”
He replied, “I used to be your client back when you worked at the airport.”
“What? That must’ve been at least 16 years ago—I left the airport that long ago!”
In that moment, it all came back to me. He was the client who used to come see me with a cane. I was so surprised and happy to see him again after all these years.
I asked how he found me, and he said, “I never forgot your name. When I saw ‘SPA BY Jing’ online, I just knew it had to be you. I’m so proud of everything you’ve accomplished.”
It truly made my day. There’s nothing more meaningful than being remembered by longtime clients who continue to believe in you after all these years.
