Stuck at a desk all day? Don’t ignore your feet!
👉🏼 Grab your SoleMate, a book or a small block
👉🏼 Heels on, slowly lift toes towards shins and lower back down. Avoid letting feet drift outward if you can! That Anterior Tibialis (shin) muscle will start to wake up.
👉🏼 Ball of foot on, press firmly into ball of big toe to raise your heels. Think of pushing down more than lifting up to really engage your Soleus.
👉🏼 10-20 reps each a couple times during the day keeps blood flow moving, wakes up muscles needed for walking and helps to get the 🧠 synapses firing a little faster!
