I was diagnosed with CKD at the age of 21 years old secondary to food poisoning. During the time of my diagnosis, I was determined, I will never develop diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. Not only I was able to avert these conditions, I was able to stay off of dialysis until I received a kidney.

I was diagnosed with CKD when I was 21 years secondary to food poisoning. At the time of my diagnosis I was determined I will never develop Diabetes, HTM or Hyperlipidemia. Not only I was able to avert these conditions I was able to stay off of dialysis.
