Exercise... it's good for your body & mind! 💃🏿🏃♀️🏋🏼♀️Nice to have more research backing this natural way to improve your health. Of course... when life is busy, your to-do list quite long, when do you fit in fitness? I'd suggest trying to start the day with it, if at all possible. Why? Feel good neurotransmitters released, blood flow to brain increases... helps you move into the day refreshed and energized... so you concentrate better & are more productive. Early evenining exercise equally beneficial, perhaps something you look forward to after a demanding day!
