After almost 20 years in the accounting world I changed career fields when I developed sciatica. I know the pains we get from sitting at a desk all day and I can help relieve that. I also believe in body, mind, spirit connection. If I have to use deep pressure I ask you to breathe in deeply and release slowly. The body knows that means to relax and tends to just let go.
