After almost 20 years in the accounting world I changed career fields when I developed sciatica. I know the pains we get from sitting at a desk all day and I can help relieve that. There are so many benefits or regular massage I can put a few here but only scratch the surface. Reduce stress, anxiety, pain, edema (swelling), better nights sleep, improved range of motion. My motto is massage does not have to hurt. I am holistically trained so I stay in the natural flow of the body when doing massage. I believe in the body as a whole not just a piece. I also believe in body, mind, spirit connection. If I have to use deep pressure I ask you to breathe in deeply and release slowly. The body knows that means to relax and tends to just let go. Another reason I say Experience massage.
