This is super yummy and nutritious!

4 slices of bacon cooked crispy enough to crumble
5 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded cheese--you can used cheddar, mixed, I used mixed plus jalapeno jack.
1 red onion diced
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 cups roughly chopped swiss chard
Hungarian hot paprika
salt and pepper to your taste

saute the onion and garlic in a tbsp of olive oil until starting to brown, season with the hungarian hot paprika. Add the bacon and the swiss chard and cook just until the chard begins to wilt. Add eggs and cheese, stir and then immediately transfer to a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes when it's bubbly and slightly brown. EAT!!
