At Cornerstone Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, we LOVE summer—but we also want your kids to enjoy it safely! 😎🍉

Here are two sunny-day musts:
🧴 Sunscreen is your BFF – Apply SPF 30+ before heading out and reapply every 2 hours (especially after swimming or sweating)!
💧 Hydration = Happy Kids – Keep water bottles close and sip often, even if they’re not thirsty. Bonus points for fun, fruit-infused water! 🍓💦🍓
