Upcoming Movie Screening & Important Guidelines

We hope this message finds you well. As we eagerly approach the date of our much-anticipated movie screening of Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT we wanted to send out a friendly reminder and some important guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Location & Time:
Friday September 13th, movie starts at 7pm at the below location.

Guidelines:

1. Arrival: Checkin starts at 6:15PM. Please be on time to settle in comfortably.
2. Guests: Remember, tickets are only valid for your spouse, children, and visiting parents. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
3. Seating: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow the directions to make the process smooth and orderly.
4. Silence Your Devices: Kindly switch your mobile phones to silent mode during the screening to avoid any disruptions.
5. Cleanliness: Please help us keep the venue clean by disposing of any trash in the designated bins.

Thank You for Making Our Picnic a Grand Success!

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and made our picnic event such a memorable day! It was wonderful to see kids and adults alike participating in the games and activities, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and excitement.

This picnic was the first event organized by our new board, and we are incredibly grateful for your support in making it such a grand success.

The Wait is Over – Picnic Day is Today! Get Ready for Fun & Games!

The long wait is finally over – **today is the day** we've all been eagerly waiting for!
Our TCANC Picnic is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to see everyone there for a day full of fun, food, and festivities!

Date: Today, September 8th, 2024
Time: 10am to 5pm
Venue: Rotary Shelter - Harold D. Ritter Park
301 W Lochmere Dr, Cary, NC 27518

Important Information:
Lunch will be served from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Please make sure to arrive on time, as we won’t be able to extend the lunch beyond this time due to the lineup of games and activities scheduled for the rest of the day.

We have a packed schedule with plenty of exciting activities, so please come prepared:
- Bring hats, sunglasses, and apply sunscreen for a day under the sun.
- Wear comfortable clothing if you’re planning to participate in the games.
- Stay hydrated! Bring your own water bottles to fill up throughout the day.

Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Cotton candy for kids at check-in.
- A bounce house for the little ones to enjoy.
- Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and lots of fun activities for all ages.
- Kids' games with exciting prizes.
- An ice cream truck to cool down in the afternoon.
- We’ll wrap up the day with a family bingo game, so you can leave with wonderful memories to cherish!

*Exciting Opportunity: Tamizhum Naanum USA Music Competition for Youth!*

We are thrilled to announce an exciting music competition, *Tamizhum Naanum USA*, tailored specifically for our talented young musicians aged 10 to 18! This is a wonderful opportunity for your children to showcase their passion for Tamil music on a grand stage.

**Competition Details:**

- **Eligibility:** Participants must be between the ages of 10 and 18.
- **How to Participate:**
1. Select a Tamil composition.
2. Record a vocal or instrumental video (5-7 minutes).
3. Share the video on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube).
4. Tag the videos with , , and use the hashtag .
5. Alternatively, you can email your submission to primemediaevent@gmail.com.

**Selection Process:**

- Dr. Sanjay Subrahmanyan and his team will select winners from each participating city, including New York, Detroit, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago, Phoenix, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Boston.
- Winners will receive one Gold level ticket to attend a concert by Dr. Sanjay Subrahmanyan.

**Important Information:**

- The judges' decisions are final, and winner tickets are non-transferable.
-The submission deadline was initially August 31, 2024,
