With locations in Cary and Clayton, Mann ENT offers the latest advancements in medical care for our patients, including sublingual immunotherapy and minimally invasive in-office balloon sinuplasty for the treatment of recurrent allergy and sinus problems. Our goal is to provide innovative medical services in a friendly and efficient manner. Services include hearing testing and hearing aid placement, allergy testing and treatment, in-office balloon sinus dilation, in-office minor surgical procedures, as well as CT scanning for disorders of the sinuses and ears.

This job has multiple roles including front desk receptionist, checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, handling incoming referrals, and any other clerical needs. For adult patients using antibiotics, saline rinses or nasal steroid sprays like Flonase to treat symptoms of ear pain and pressure, an innovative solution has finally arrived.

In addition, if you are considering “ear tubes” for persistent eustachian tube dysfunction or middle ear infections, the new in-office, minimally-invasive technique called EUSTACHIAN TUBE DILATION is now covered by Medicare and Medicaid, along with an increasing number of commercial insurances.

In general, this brief procedure widens the plumbing system for the ear, leading to long-term improvements of ear pressure, pain or popping symptoms. Widening the Eustachian Tube takes only 15 minutes to perform, with return to work possible the very next day. In addition, no long term follow up is required as with continued medical therapy or “ear tube” placement.
