In this energizing demo session, Dr. Kemp guides you through a compact yet powerful TRX suspension trainer workout, paired with three essential kettlebell exercises designed to enhance core strength, shoulder stability, and full-body mobility.

This is an abbreviated demonstration of an ideal workout for those short on time but still seeking a comprehensive, full-body routine that emphasizes stability, flexibility, and strength training. Dr. Kemp keeps it real and relatable, showing you how she pushes herself with heavier weights (hello 15 lb biceps curls!) while always keeping form and wellness top of mind.

What You’ll See in This Workout:
✅ Tricep Pushdowns – 3–4 sets of 10–12 reps
✅ Active Rest: Hanging for grip, shoulder, and spine health

Foam rolling is the way I start every workout. Self-myofascial release (SMR) is applying pressure to the fascia (the tissue that surrounds your muscles) to increase circulation and enhance flexibility.
