I’m Bill Gladney, a Psychic Medium with a lifelong connection to the spiritual world. My journey began in childhood when I first experienced apparitions, shadow figures, and even physical interactions with entities. Without understanding these encounters, I eventually suppressed my gifts for many years. Approximately 12 years ago, my abilities reemerged stronger than ever. This profound shift led me to seek guidance from a local psychic medium, hoping to make sense of the unexplained events in my life. During that reading, with only my name and phone number, the medium accurately described my childhood experiences and ongoing phenomena. I discovered I was undergoing a Spiritual Awakening, which became the foundation for my journey to attune and refine my abilities. This awakening revealed not only my capacity to connect with spirits on the Other Side but also the unique ability to communicate with “Lost Souls” who have not crossed over. These are individuals who, for various reasons, remain earthbound—some confused, others stubborn or angry. Using my psychic abilities, spiritual tools, and a compassionate approach, I guide these Souls toward a successful transition. While some crossings are swift, others require patience and multiple sessions. Each experience is unique, and I treat every spirit with care and respect. Over time, I was called to expand my work beyond transitioning Lost Souls. Today, I also provide readings and mediumship services to assist those in the physical world. Helping the dead find peace is profoundly rewarding, but supporting and guiding the living has been an equally tremendous honor. Your trust and privacy are paramount, and all information shared during our sessions is held in the highest confidence. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey.

Week 16 — Why Some Spirits Whisper and Others Shout

Day 2 — When Spirit Whispers

Some Spirits do not come in loudly at all.

They arrive like a memory brushing the edge of your mind. A sudden scent. A wave of peace. A name you hear inwardly. A feeling that someone is standing beside you, but so gently you almost miss it.

This is often how Spirit works.

The quieter signs are easy to dismiss because they do not demand attention. But in my experience, the softest communication can be some of the most meaningful. Spirit does not always need to startle you to be present.

Sometimes love is quiet. Sometimes presence is subtle. Sometimes the whisper is the message.

Mini Exercise:

Take one quiet minute today. Sit still, breathe, and ask yourself,

What feels gentle, peaceful, or easy to miss right now?

Do not force anything. Just notice.

Week 16 — Why Some Spirits Whisper and Others Shout

Day 1 — Not All Spirit Communication Feels the Same

One of the biggest misconceptions about Spirit is that all communication feels the same.

It does not.

Some Spirits come through softly, like a thought that does not feel like yours, a gentle shift in the room, or a quiet feeling that someone is near. Others feel stronger. Their presence may seem immediate, repeated, or hard to ignore.

This does not always mean one Spirit is better at communicating than another. It often has more to do with personality, energy, urgency, your sensitivity in the moment, and how that Spirit naturally connects.

Spirit communication is not one-size-fits-all. Some whisper. Some shout. Both are real.

SOUL FAMILIES & WHY WE MEET CERTAIN PEOPLE ✨

Have you ever met someone and felt an instant familiarity—like your soul recognized them before your mind could explain it?

I just published a new blog post on Soul Families and the deeper question so many of us ask after a meaningful connection:

“Why did I meet this person?”

In the post, I share a grounded way to understand the different “roles” people can play in our lives—like:

• the companion (steady support)
• the mirror (reveals patterns)
• the catalyst (changes your direction)
• the healer (arrives in a tender season)
• the doorway (opens the next chapter)

Quick 2-minute exercise (try this today):

Write these 3 lines in your journal:

1. I met them when I needed…
2. They taught me…
3. Because of them, I now…

If you’ve been trying to make peace with a connection—whether it stayed or ended—this one will speak to you.

Week 15: Spirit “Echoes” — Energy Imprints That Remain Behind

Day 5 — Clearing What Lingers

Once you understand that energy can linger, the next question is: what do you do with it?

Not every energetic imprint needs fear. Some spaces simply need clearing, light, and intention. If a room has held grief, illness, conflict, or prolonged stress, it can help to intentionally shift the atmosphere.

Open a window. Light a candle. Pray. Use sound. Bring in fresh air and light. Speak peace into the room. Energy responds to intention more than many people realize.

This is not about fear. It is about stewardship. You have the right to bless your space, clear what feels heavy, and invite peace to remain.

Practice:

Choose one room and do a simple reset:

• Open a window or curtain

• Stand in the center of the room

• Take three slow breaths

• Say aloud: “Only peace, love, and Divine light may remain here.”

Then notice how the room feels.

What is your favorite way to clear the energy in your home?

Week 15: Spirit “Echoes” — Energy Imprints That Remain Behind

Day 4 — How to Read a Room Energetically

One of the simplest ways to strengthen your intuition is to learn how to read a room before anyone speaks.

Most people have done this without realizing it. You walk into one place and feel instantly at ease. You enter another, and your body tightens. That is intuitive awareness.

Reading a room is not about being dramatic. It is about being present enough to notice what is already there. Your body often senses energy before your mind finds words for it.

Pay attention to the emotional tone of a space. Notice whether your thoughts speed up or slow down. Notice whether you want to stay, move closer, or leave.
The more you practice this, the easier it becomes to tell the difference between your own energy and what you are picking up from a place.

Practice:

Pause in two different rooms for one minute each. Ask:

• How does my chest feel here?

• How does my stomach feel here?

• Does this room feel peaceful, tense, open, or heavy?

Compare what you notice afterward.

Can you usually feel the mood of a room right away?

Week 15: Spirit “Echoes” — Energy Imprints That Remain Behind

Day 3 — Objects Can Hold Energy Too

It is not only places that hold energy. Objects can carry it too.

Jewelry, letters, photographs, furniture, clothing, and heirlooms can sometimes hold the emotional imprint of the person who owned them or the experiences tied to them. That is part of why psychometry works. Some objects feel neutral. Others feel full of memories.

A ring may carry love or grief. A handwritten note may carry tenderness. An old chair may still hold the emotional tone of the person who sat there every day.

This does not always mean a spirit is attached to the object. Often, it simply means the object absorbed a strong energetic signature.

The more sensitive you become, the more you may notice that certain items seem to carry a story.

Practice:

Hold one meaningful object in your hands for a minute. Ask yourself:

• What emotion do I feel first?

• Does it feel light, heavy, warm, sad, or comforting?

• Do any words or images come up?

Write down what you notice.

Have you ever held an object and felt like it carried a memory?

Week 15: Spirit “Echoes” — Energy Imprints That Remain Behind

Day 2 — Not Every Presence Is a Spirit

One of the biggest misconceptions in spiritual work is thinking that every unusual feeling in a space means a spirit is trying to communicate.

That is not always true.

Sometimes what you are sensing is not an active presence, but an energetic imprint left behind by strong emotion or repeated experiences. A room where someone prayed daily, grieved deeply, or lived under constant stress can carry that feeling long after the moment has passed.

An active spirit presence often feels responsive or personal. An echo usually feels more like a lingering atmosphere — something recorded into the space rather than something interacting with you.

The more you grow psychically, the more important it becomes to ask:

Am I sensing a being, or am I sensing residue?

That question builds real discernment.

Practice:

Think of one place that felt comforting and one that felt heavy. Write down how each felt in your body. Did one feel interactive and the other more like a mood hanging in the air?

Have you ever felt something in a place that seemed real, but not personal?

Week 15: Spirit “Echoes” — Energy Imprints That Remain Behind

Day 1 — What Is a Spirit Echo?

Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt something — calm, heaviness, sadness, or peace — before anyone even spoke?

Sometimes that is not an active spirit presence. Sometimes it is an energy imprint, what I often call a spirit echo. A spirit echo is the residue left behind by strong emotion, repeated experiences, or significant moments in a space. Love can leave an imprint. Grief can too. So can prayer, illness, conflict, and comfort.

That is why some places feel welcoming right away, while others feel unsettled. It does not always mean something dark is there. Sometimes it simply means something strong happened there, and the energy lingered.

Learning to notice these subtle impressions is part of psychic development. It teaches you to slow down, pay attention, and trust what your body and intuition pick up.

Practice:

Stand quietly in one room of your home for two minutes. Notice:

• How your body feels
• The first emotion that comes up
• Whether the room feels calm, heavy, busy, or quiet

Then write down the first 3 words you sense.

Have you ever walked into a place and felt like it was holding a story?

Week 14 — How Spirit Shows You Their Personality

Day 5 — Specific Personality Is a Sign

One of the strongest parts of Spirit communication is specificity.

Love is universal, but personality is personal. It is one thing to feel love. It is another to feel his humor, her protectiveness, or that exact way they always made themselves known.

That is often how Spirit gets recognized. Not through something vague, but through what made them uniquely themselves.

Practice:

Write the name of one loved one at the top of a page. Under it, list:

How they felt

How they spoke

What made them unmistakable

This can help you notice the personal ways Spirit may already be reaching you.

Week 14 — How Spirit Shows You Their Personality

Day 4 — Spirit Uses What They Loved

Spirit also shows personality through the things they loved.

It may be music, flowers, cooking, a favorite chair, a scent, a place, or something they always kept near them. These details are not random. They are often part of how Spirit says, I am still me.

Personality lives in preferences, too.

Practice:
Choose one loved one in Spirit and write down:

1. What they loved

2. What they always returned to

3. What instantly reminds you of them

Sometimes what they loved becomes one of the clearest signs they are near.

Week 14 — How Spirit Shows You Their Personality

Day 3 — Mannerisms Matter Too

Spirit does not only show personality through words. They can also show it through mannerisms.

Some come in fast and animated. Some feel quiet and steady. Some have a strong presence right away, while others feel gentle and reserved. The way they carried themselves in life often still comes through in Spirit.

That is one reason mediumship can feel so personal. You are not only sensing information. You are sensing the person.

Practice:

Think of one loved one and ask:

How did they enter a room?

What was their natural energy?

Write a few notes without overthinking it.

The way someone felt in life is often the way they are recognized in Spirit.
