I’m Bill Gladney, a Psychic Medium with a lifelong connection to the spiritual world. My journey began in childhood when I first experienced apparitions, shadow figures, and even physical interactions with entities. Without understanding these encounters, I eventually suppressed my gifts for many years. Approximately 12 years ago, my abilities reemerged stronger than ever. This profound shift led me to seek guidance from a local psychic medium, hoping to make sense of the unexplained events in my life. During that reading, with only my name and phone number, the medium accurately described my childhood experiences and ongoing phenomena. I discovered I was undergoing a Spiritual Awakening, which became the foundation for my journey to attune and refine my abilities. This awakening revealed not only my capacity to connect with spirits on the Other Side but also the unique ability to communicate with “Lost Souls” who have not crossed over. These are individuals who, for various reasons, remain earthbound—some confused, others stubborn or angry. Using my psychic abilities, spiritual tools, and a compassionate approach, I guide these Souls toward a successful transition. While some crossings are swift, others require patience and multiple sessions. Each experience is unique, and I treat every spirit with care and respect. Over time, I was called to expand my work beyond transitioning Lost Souls. Today, I also provide readings and mediumship services to assist those in the physical world. Helping the dead find peace is profoundly rewarding, but supporting and guiding the living has been an equally tremendous honor. Your trust and privacy are paramount, and all information shared during our sessions is held in the highest confidence. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey.

Day 5: Discernment, Signs vs Glitches, and Staying in Control

Here is the most essential truth about Spirit and technology. You are not powerless. Signs should never make you feel hijacked, paranoid, or afraid.

Discernment is your compass. Peaceful and personal tend to be supportive contacts. Chaotic and draining means it is time to ground, protect, and step back. Repeating patterns matter more than single moments.

And sometimes the most significant sign is not the phone or the light. It is the sudden calm in your chest. The warmth in your heart. The feeling of being loved when nothing else makes sense.

You can ask Spirit to communicate in ways that support your nervous system rather than spike it. That is spiritual maturity.

Exercise: Close the Channel, 90 seconds

1. Place a hand on your chest and breathe slowly.

2. Say, “Only loving, high vibration presence is welcome.”

3. Visualize a soft light around you like a sealed bubble.

4. Say, “All communication is closed for now.”

5. Do something physical, drink water, touch the floor, or take a short walk

Day 4: Lights, Flickers, Lamps, and the Yes or No Myth

Lights are one of the most reported Spirit signs, but let’s keep it grounded. A flicker can be Spirit, or wiring, bulbs, power fluctuations, or touchy dimmers.

What makes a light moment feel like Spirit is context and consistency. It happens when you say a name, share a memory, or ask a heartfelt question. It feels like a gentle acknowledgement, not a disruption. It is specific, one lamp, one moment, one meaning, rather than constant chaos.

A quick caution. People sometimes try to turn lights into a full-on yes-or-no communication system. In my experience, this can lead to anxiety and overreach. Spirit communication is best when it stays simple, loving, and respectful.

Exercise: One Light, One Boundary

1. Choose one lamp in your home.

2. Say, “If you are here, you may use this light gently one time, only if it is safe and peaceful.”

3. Wait 60 seconds.

4. Whether it happens or not, end with, “Thank you. That is enough for today.”

Day 3: Radios and Music, When the Right Song Finds You

Music is frequency, and Spirit loves frequency. That is why radio signs and sudden songs can feel so direct. You are driving, and their song comes on. You walk into a store at the exact moment the chorus hits. You ask for comfort, and the lyrics answer you like a letter.

A strong music sign usually has three qualities. Timing, it arrives right on the emotional beat. Relevance: it connects to memory or a message. Feeling, it lands with warmth, not fear.

The best way to work with this is to stop trying to force it. Do not build a whole belief system around one song. Let it be what it is, a touch of love through sound.

Exercise: The Song Request

1. Ask, “If you are near, bring me a song that feels like you, clear and comforting.”

2. Then live normally. Drive, cook, work, breathe.

3. When a song hits you, pause and ask, “What is the feeling underneath this?”

4. Write one sentence, “The message I received was…”

Day 2: Phones, Unknown Calls, Voicemails, and Thinking of You Moments

One of the most shared questions I get is, “My phone rang, and no one was there. Was that Spirit?” Sometimes, yes, especially when it lands at a meaningful moment.

Spirit does not dial as we do. Think of it as an energetic nudge, a brief interference that can show up as a phantom ring, a repeated unknown caller, a voicemail with silence, or a sudden notification when you are deep in memory.

But here is the grounded truth. Phones glitch. So we use a simple filter. Does it happen around a specific person’s memory? Does it feel calm and personal, not intrusive? Does it repeat in a way that becomes meaningful rather than chaotic?

If it creates anxiety, pause, ground, and set boundaries. True signs do not need to spike your nervous system to be real.

Exercise: The Phone Sign Journal

1. Write one loved one’s name at the top of a page.

2. Ask inwardly, “If you have a message, let it be gentle and clear.”

3. Over the next day, record only three things: the time, what happened, and what you were thinking or feeling.

4. After 24 hours, read it back. Look for pattern and peace.

📻💡Week 8 — How Spirit Uses Technology (Phones, Radios, Lights)📻💡

Day 1: Welcome to the Week, When Spirit Taps the Line

Technology is energy in motion. Current, frequency, signal. And because Spirit communicates through energy, it is not unusual for loved ones to nudge the physical world in small, meaningful ways. A song at the exact moment you are thinking of them. A light that flickers only when you speak their name. A phone that rings and no one is there.

Here is the key. Spirit signs feel personal. They land with a gentle recognition, like a quiet yes. Not dramatic. Not scary. Just intimate.

This week, we will explore how Spirit uses phones, radios, music, and lights, and how to practice discernment so you do not fall into fear or over-interpretation. The goal is not to chase signs. The goal is to become steady enough to notice them.

🏋️‍♀️Exercise: The Calm Ask🏋️‍♀️

Sit quietly and take five slow breaths.

1. In your mind, say, “If you are near, send me a gentle sign through technology, something kind, clear, and harmless.”

2. Add one boundary, “Only in a way that feels peaceful.”

3. Let it go. Do not hunt. Notice your next 24 hours

Day 5 — Turning Spirit Colors Into a Loving Ritual (Without Overthinking)

If a loved one consistently shows you a color, you can honor it in a simple, healthy way—without turning it into pressure.

Try a “color ritual” that says, “I notice you.” I love you. I’m still living.

You could:

Light a candle in a glass holder of that color

Place a small object of that color on a shelf

Wear that color on a day you miss them

Use that color in a journal header and write one memory

Signs from Spirit aren’t meant to trap you in grief. They’re meant to remind you: love continues.

And if you’re receiving nothing at all, please hear me: that doesn’t mean they’re gone. Sometimes Spirit comes close in quiet ways we recognize later.

Mini exercise:
Write a short note: “If you’re near, show me your color in a gentle way this week.” Then choose one small action to honor it if it appears.

Day 4 — Discernment: When Color Is Spirit vs. When It’s Just Mind

Not every color impression is a message—and that’s okay. Discernment is part of the path.

Here are a few signs a color may be Spirit:

It arrives suddenly and feels “placed,” not invented

It comes with a calm certainty (not anxiety)

It repeats in meaningful timing (songs, objects, signs, synchronicities)

You feel emotionally steadied, not drained

And here are signs it may be your mind processing:

It shows up when you’re spiraling or forcing

It changes rapidly when you try to control it

It leaves you feeling unsettled or obsessive

Your goal isn’t perfection. Your goal is a steady connection with strong boundaries. Spirit should never pull you into fear.

Mini exercise:
The next time you notice a color sign, ask:

“Does this bring peace?”

“Does this feel loving and clear?” If not, ground: feet on the floor, slow breath, and mentally say: “Not right now.”

Day 3 — Seeing Colors in the Mind’s Eye (A Clairvoyant Practice)

Some people receive spirit colors as an inner visual—a soft wash, a “blink” of color, a shimmer behind closed eyes. You don’t need to be “fully clairvoyant” to experience this. It often starts subtly.

If you want to strengthen this ability, don’t strain. Spirit communication responds best to relaxation, not force.

Think of it like tuning a radio: effort can create static—stillness brings clarity.

Mini exercise:

Sit comfortably and breathe slowly.

Imagine a gentle white light above your head.

Say: “Only loving, truthful energy is welcome.”

Ask: “Loved ones in Spirit—if you’re near, show me your color softly.”

Notice the first color that appears, even faintly. Then stop. Don’t chase it.

Day 2 — How Spirit Uses Color (And Why It’s So Personal)

Color can be one of the easiest ways Spirit gets through because it bypasses the overthinking mind. A loved one may use color to say:

“I’m here.”

“This is me.”

“Remember this memory.”

“You’re safe.”

But here’s the truth: color meanings are not universal. Spirit often uses your emotional language.

Green might mean healing to one person—and a favorite car to another. Yellow might mean joy—or “that’s my kitchen walls.”

If you keep seeing the same color in moments that feel meaningful, don’t rush to interpret it. Start by asking one simple question: “What does this color mean to me?”

Mini exercise:
Write down one color you’ve been noticing lately. List 5 associations you personally have with it (people, places, objects, emotions). Circle the one that feels “alive.”

Week 7 — Spirit Colors: How Loved Ones Send Energy Signatures

Day 1 — Welcome to Spirit Colors (What “Energy Signatures” Mean)

This week we’re talking about something many people experience—but don’t always trust: spirit colors.

Sometimes a loved one doesn’t “show up” as a clear image or a voice. Instead, you notice a flash of color, a color in your mind’s eye, or even a color that keeps appearing around you in meaningful moments.

In my work, I’ve learned to treat color like a signature—not a rule. It can be symbolic, emotional, memory-based, or energetic. The key is this: your personal connection matters more than any “color dictionary.”

If blue reminds you of your dad’s favorite shirt, that may be your message. If pink feels like comfort and warmth, that may be your confirmation.

This week, I’ll show you how to notice it, interpret it gently, and stay grounded while you do.

Mini exercise:

Think of one loved one in spirit. Ask: “If you’d like to be close today, please show me your color in a calm and gentle way.” Then release it. Notice what shows up naturally.

Day 5 — Boundaries and Control: Feeling Deeply Without Carrying It

Emotional mediumship is sacred, but it also requires boundaries.

You can feel Spirit deeply without letting it consume you.
You can be compassionate without becoming the container for everything.
You can receive a message without taking the emotion home with you.

If you’re clairsentient, you need a closing practice. Every time.

Exercise (3-step Release and Reset):

Contain: Place one hand over your heart and say, “Only what is mine stays with me.”

Release: Exhale and imagine all чуж emotions (anything not yours) leaving your field like mist dissolving in sunlight.

Seal: Visualize a soft layer of light around your body, like a thin protective blanket. Say, “My energy is my own.”

If you do emotional mediumship work, this is not optional. It’s spiritual hygiene.

Do you have a closing ritual after intuitive work, or do you feel “open” for hours afterward?
