Waltonwood Cary Parkway launched the “Santa Paws” Fundraiser this year and partnered with Wake County Animal Center. Our residents, staff, and business partners all donated items and food for the dogs and cats at the animal center. One of our residents even hand quilted blankets to give to the animals. We wanted to help give back to our furry friends this Holiday Season! Two of our residents from Waltonwood Cary Parkway joined us on a trip to the Animal Center to personally give them all of our donations. We also got to meet some of the furry friends needing adoption. Thank you to everyone who participated, we are forever grateful for you this Holiday Season!

We celebrated Martha’s birthday with a special surprise from St Mary Magdalene Catholic School! Martha was a teacher and has enjoyed the opportunity to go to the school and read on various occasions. The students love Martha and found out about her upcoming birthday and came to celebrate with cards, balloons, flowers and more. Residents and students also came together to make beautiful ornaments.
