I'll be going to northern Colombia in just two short weeks, as a last-minute volunteer ophthalmologist / pediatric eye surgeon with Medical Ministry International. This will be my second project with MMI. I'm impressed by their deep respect for the people they serve, and their excellence in the medical care they provide.

I'll be going to the south of Bolivia in February 2020 as a pediatric eye surgeon with Medical Ministry International. We are so fortunate to be able to take a brief break from my solo practice so that I can be a part this project. I've seen pediatric eye surgeries completely change the trajectory of a child's life, but large regions of the world don't have access to this care.
