Community Home Care & Hospice (Raleigh) would like to recognize two groups in our community for their generous donations to our patients. Donations and volunteers are always welcome. We appreciate you and the difference you make in the lives of our patients.

We would like to thank the students from NC State University for their handmade cards and gift bags to give to our patients. You all are doing great things, and we are so excited to have you on our team!

Our local Trader Joe's- Raleigh,NC calls us every now and then with a flower donation for which we are so grateful! They are really good to us!
