-24 hour emergency on-call services with a pediatric specialist – Our families have access to a pediatric specialist every minute of the year, for that extra peace of mind. Using modern technology, we can often save our families a trip to the emergency room when accidents happen at school or at home, anytime of the day (or night).

-Open and honest discussions – We want to work with parents to focus on prevention to grow happy and healthy smiles. Open, honest, and non-judgemental discussions are key to working together. If you have concerns about fluoride, x-rays, or other topics related to oral health, we invite you to bring your questions to your child’s first appointment.

-Guaranteed Sealants – We are the only pediatric dental practice that guarantees our sealants! For patients that we see every six months, we will re-touch or repair all sealants for 5 years from initial date of placement.

-General Anesthesia/Sedation available- For children with significant dental needs, or extremely high anxiety, we are Cary’s only pediatric dental practice offering general anesthesia services in our office- not an impersonal hospital. We are thrilled to announce Dr. Victoria "Tori" Gill will be joining High House Pediatric Dentistry in August 2025.

Dr. Tori received her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, and her DDS from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. She completed her residency on Pediatric Dentistry at New York University Langone Health in Providence. Rhode Island. Dr. Tori received the Pierre Fauchard Academy Oral Health Foundation Scholarship in 2018 and is a Rhode Island Leadership Education Training Fellow in Neurodevelopmental and Other Related Disabilities. Dr. Tori's patience, outstanding clinical experience, and easy demeanor makes her a natural fit for our practice at High House. She exemplifies that high standard of care that our families have come to expect from High House Pediatric Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Tori loves exploring different cuisines and activities and is excited about all that the Triangle region has to offer. Tori and her husband enjoy spending time at the beach or mountains, with a particular love for the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, as it was Grandfather Mountain where Evan proposed.
