✨ Meet the Faces of Southern Smiles ✨

Michelle, Practice Manager
With a background in Human Resource Management and Business Management, Michelle brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and team development.

During her years as a stay-at-home mom, she remained deeply involved in her community, serving on multiple PTA school boards in roles including Treasurer, Vice President, and President. These positions allowed her to apply her management skills toward supporting school initiatives and fostering collaboration among families and staff.

Michelle’s passion for mentorship and service extends to her long-time involvement with Girl Scouts, where she has led her daughters’ troop, managed the Cookie Sale Program, overseen the area cookie program, and contributed to statewide training for new troops and coordinators.

Her dedication to volunteerism — totaling more than 5,000 hours of service — earned her the distinguished Presidential Volunteer Service Award.

Through her extensive community leadership and volunteer experience, Michelle has built a reputation for commitment, compassion, and the ability to inspire others to lead and serve. 💚
