✨ Meet the Faces of Southern Smiles ✨

Michelle, Practice Manager
With a background in Human Resource Management and Business Management, Michelle brings a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and team development.

During her years as a stay-at-home mom, she remained deeply involved in her community, serving on multiple PTA school boards in roles including Treasurer, Vice President, and President. These positions allowed her to apply her management skills toward supporting school initiatives and fostering collaboration among families and staff.

Michelle’s passion for mentorship and service extends to her long-time involvement with Girl Scouts, where she has led her daughters’ troop, managed the Cookie Sale Program, overseen the area cookie program, and contributed to statewide training for new troops and coordinators.

Her dedication to volunteerism — totaling more than 5,000 hours of service — earned her the distinguished Presidential Volunteer Service Award.

Through her extensive community leadership and volunteer experience, Michelle has built a reputation for commitment, compassion, and the ability to inspire others to lead and serve. 💚

Say hello to Mariana, our amazing Certified Dental Assistant! 🦷💙

Mariana graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Dental Assisting Program in 2017 and has spent the last 8 years making kids smile in pediatric dentistry!

She loves volunteering her dental skills annually with Missions of Mercy NC.

Mariana is passionate about helping and educating the bilingual community about their oral health. 🇲🇽✨

We’re so lucky to have her caring heart and gentle touch on our team! 💕

Say hello to Danielle, one of our incredible Certified Dental Assistants! 💙

Danielle is a proud NC State University graduate (Go Pack! 🐺), earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2008 ✨ She later attended the Wake Tech Dental Assisting Program, graduating in 2009 with 4.0 honors.

With 15 years of chair-side experience in pediatric dentistry, Danielle brings energy, compassion, and expertise to every visit. She’s been part of her childhood dental office since she was just 17 years old, and her love for working with kids has only grown since! 💕

Outside the office, Danielle loves volunteering her skills in the community — you might even spot her on the area dental bus, helping bring smiles to those in need. Her high energy, big heart, and fun-loving spirit make her a true joy to have on our team! 😄✨

Meet Caroline, one of our amazing Registered Dental Hygienists! 🪥🦷

Caroline graduated from Central Carolina Community College in 2017, where she served as Class President, graduated at the top of her class with a 4.0 GPA, a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, and earned many prestigious scholarships along the way.
She began her dental hygiene journey — in her own childhood dental office — and never left! 💫 Caroline’s passion for pediatric care shines through in everything she does. Her goal is to help kids feel comfortable, confident, and even excited to visit the dentist.
Caroline truly treats every patient like family and loves helping each one feel proud of their smile. 😁💖
