With our team of experienced professionals and state-of-the-art technology, our community trusts us to deliver outstanding results.We are seeking a clinical assistant to become part of a team that provides excellence in orthodontic dental care. We focus on quality, service and patient satisfaction; the ideal candidate should as well. The Orthodontic Assistant will provide clinical support to the orthodontist to facilitate the relationship between the patient and the orthodontist, increase the efficiency of delivering quality orthodontic care and maintain communication between the orthodontist, patient and administrative staff to insure a positive patient experience. Dental or orthodontic chairside experience is preferred, but not required.

Summary of Position:The Clinical Assistant is a pivotal role to Ritter and Brogden Orthodontics and serves as the primary supporting person to our doctor team. This role will assist with various activities in working with the doctors and patients alike and will strive to be a positive, friendly, and professional addition to the team.

The Fall She Finished Phase One 🍁✨

Blythe had a very crowded and narrow upper arch and we used Phase I interventional treatment with a palatal expander to make room for her upper lateral incisors and upper canines. Once Blythe has more adult teeth, we will begin Phase II treatment that will align her teeth and idealize her bite. With and without braces, Blythe’s beautiful smile makes us so happy!
