This 1.5-mile trail is perfect for all fitness levels and features QR code signs that link to quick, guided workout videos. With just your smartphone, you can complete a full-body workout while soaking in the beauty of the park.

Trail Highlights:
Location: 5611 Jaguar Park Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606
Trailhead: To the left of the Woodland Center building
Distance: 1.5 miles

How It Works:
Find signs along the trail.
Scan the code using your smartphone to access quick, professional exercise videos.
Follow along by completing the guided workouts or trying the stationary exercises printed on each sign.
Multiple stations are available, with each stop taking about five minutes, making it perfect for a full fitness session.

Thomas struggled with weight fluctuations, losing and regaining weight over time. He tried GLP-1 medications due to depression and sleep apnea, but experienced side effects like dehydration, bloating, and difficulty eating. Although he lost 15 pounds, he felt he was losing muscle and progress slowed.

He was not searching for another solution until he saw an ad for contour light therapy. After learning about the program, he decided to give it a try on December 11, 2025, with the simple goal of improving his health.

After three months, the results have been life changing. Thomas has lost 42 pounds and reduced his body fat from 43 percent to 31 percent. He can now eat without side effects and has made major lifestyle changes. He cooks his own meals, attends gym classes three to four days a week, and no longer needs anxiety medication, blood pressure medication, or a sleep apnea machine.

His confidence has grown, and he feels like a new person. He describes the staff as supportive and encourages others to simply try their best.
