Feeling the midweek slump? Take a minute to release tension and refresh your body. This simple stretch can help improve posture, ease tight muscles, and give your nervous system a little reset:

Try this:
1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart
2. Inhale, reach your arms overhead
3. Exhale, slowly hinge at your hips and let your arms reach toward the floor
4. Hold for 3–5 deep breaths, feeling your spine lengthen and shoulders relax

Nutrition, support, and a whole lot of heart — that’s Maryjane! 💕 She’s the one cheering you on and keeping us all together.

Maryjane grew up on a farm in New York State until she was 10, then moved to the suburbs of Rochester, NY 🌾🏡.

Her journey into health coaching began when she helped her husband lose 100 pounds and keep it off for over 15 years. Through this experience, they completely transformed the way they approached food — from grocery shopping and meal planning to cooking and dining out. Maryjane loves helping patients have those aha moments when they realize the foods they eat can help them heal, regulate glucose, boost energy, reduce inflammation, and improve their quality of life 🌿💪. She also loves eating and making meals that taste amazing while fueling the body in a positive way 😋.

When she’s not working, Maryjane loves cheering on her kids at their sports games ⚽🏀, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen 🍳, curling up with a good book 📚, or enjoying the outdoors 🌄. She’s a true pink lover 💖, and while her favorite foods change with the seasons, she can’t get enough of homemade Acai bowls in the summer 🥣. Maryjane has three sons and two dogs 🐶, and she makes it a point to catch as many sunrises as possible, especially at the beach, her favorite place to feel grounded 🌅🏖️. A fun fact — her childhood nickname was Bubba!

Our Story

At LFC Wellness Center we take your health very seriously. We strive to create healthy families by leading them to change how they view and manage their health.

One of our mottos is that we don’t only treat symptoms, we find the root cause. Once we discover the root cause of your sickness, we love nothing more than to see your symptoms disappear as the cause of your illness is eliminated! No matter what the health problem, don’t surrender to a life of pain and misery until you see us. One of our core values is “We Are Providers of Hope”.

LFC Wellness center is a Wellness Way Affiliate therefore, we use The Wellness Way approach to assess and treat your health care concerns. Perhaps you have experienced being examined by a doctor, having blood tests done, x-rays or other diagnostic tests taken, only for your doctor to report back that all your tests are normal. Yet, you know that there is something wrong!

Unfortunately, this experience is all too common. Most physicians are trained to look only in specific places for the answers, using the same familiar labs or diagnostic tests for everyone that has a certain condition. Yet, many causes of illness cannot be found in these places and are not the same. Each person is an individual and should be treated as such. The usual tests do not work well for food allergies, hidden infections, environmental toxins, mold exposures, nutritional deficiencies and metabolic imbalances.
