- Prone Pec Stretch -

✳️ Lie face down with arms extended, palms facing down
✳️ Place left palm next to shoulder, leave right arm extended
✳️ Slowly extend your left leg behind you as far as you can
✳️ Hold for 20 - 30 seconds and repeat on the other side

❄️ Holiday Nutrition Tip: Avoid the Holiday Snowball Effect (Starting with Halloween!) ❄️

The slide doesn’t start at Thanksgiving…
It starts with Halloween candy. 🍬
Then comes pie, parties, skipped workouts, late nights, and overdoing it for 2+ months.

Here’s how to enjoy the holidays without losing your momentum:

✅ Be aware of the holiday triggers
✅ Acknowledge things won’t be perfect
✅ Take action — plan ahead and stay consistent

1 or 2 indulgent days don’t have to ruin your entire season. But only if you don’t let the snowball turn into an avalanche. 🏔️

✳️ Lie flat on your back with legs extended
✳️ With lightweight plate in each hand and palms facing forward, extend arms straight up
✳️ Slowly lower your arms above your head and hold for 20 seconds
✳️ If that’s too much, feel free to alternate arms

The answer: YES, it does.

Scaling helps you hit the intended stimulus of a WOD. If a workout is supposed to be fast & furious, but you’re crawling through with heavy reps or slow transitions, you’re missing the point.
