💪🏼 MOBILITY MONDAY

- Cossack Squat -

✳️ Begin with legs in a wide stance
✳️ Slowly bend right knee, keeping right foot flat on the ground, while lowering hips (left leg stays straight with toe pointing up)
✳️ Hold for 10-20 seconds and repeat on the opposite side
✳️ If that seems too difficult, try using the rig (or other support) to help you balance, and repeat the same movements

👉🏼This is great for working on ankle, hips, and knee mobility

💪🏼 MOBILITY MONDAY

- Wall Squat -

✳️ Lie on the floor with feet planted on the wall, knees bent, and hips as close to the wall as you can manage
✳️ Gently pull knees toward the floor and hold for 20 - 30 seconds
✳️ For a deeper stretch, place an exercise band under your hips wrapping the ends of the band around your knees
✳️ Let the band pull your knees toward the ground

👉🏼This is a great stretch for opening up those tight hips and lower back

💪🏼 MOBILITY MONDAY

- Greatest Stretch Alive -

✳️ Begin with right foot forward in a lunge position - making sure right knee is at 90° w/knee directly above ankle
✳️ Lift and extend right arm as you rotate your torso so that the right hand points toward the ceiling, turning your head to look up at your right hand
✳️ Hold for 10-20 seconds and return right hand to the floor
✳️ Repeat several times before returning to the starting position
✳️ Switch sides by pushing up into downward dog and then placing your left foot forward
✳️ Repeat with left hand rotating toward the ceiling

👉🏼This is a great full-body stretch targeting hips, thoracic spine, ankles, and more

💪🏼 MOBILITY MONDAY

- Seated Wall Angel -

✳️ Begin seated with hips and back against the wall
✳️ Fully extend arms while maintaining contact with the wall
✳️ Slowly lower arms down the wall continuing to maintain contact
✳️ Repeat this motion for 20-30 seconds trying to expand the range of motion until arms can no longer remain in contact with the wall

👉🏼Great for working on your overhead shoulder mobility
