IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT from our founder Marina Lando:

Yesterday my mother-in-law was diagnosed with the late stage of very aggressive cancer. She choose not to undergo treatments. I am organizing home hospice care. There are a lot of unknowns.

I will keep coming to the office at the regular hours and make sure that everyone receive the care you need. But some disruptions, cancellations, and reschedulings are most likely in our future. Just bare with me. All will be well.

The morning meditations will continue as usual (hopefully with only minor adjustments). Now I need those meditations more than you do 😆. Someone asked me a question about sharing: yes feel free to invite your friends and meditate with your loved ones.

The holistic retreat in Costa Rica next year - I don't know what will be a sensible choice. I am a little overwhelmed. I need to sleep on it and talk to the company that organizes it for us.

I am not sure about new clients. I am still debating. Not taking new clients for at least next 2 weeks. I might stop taking new clients until her transition is over. Or maybe not - I am the happiest at work and helping more people can bring me strength I will need in the upcoming months.
