The Circle of Influence
We often carry stress over things we care deeply about—but that we can’t actually change. The Circle of Influence helps shift your focus toward what is within your power.
Start by writing out your current stressors. Then divide them into:
– What I can control
– What I can influence
– What I can’t change
Let this guide your energy and time. You don’t have to stop caring. You just don’t have to carry everything. Focus on where your effort can lead to actual change. The rest can be gently released.
