She is board certified by the National Certification of Oriental Medicine Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in Oriental Medicine. She is licensed in the state of Florida as an acupuncture physician, with a successful boutique practice providing quality personalized healthcare. She focuses on stress relief and pain in its many forms. She has been treating patients for the past 14 years. She brings her extensive experience to her patients by using an integrative care approach. She uses various modalities in combination, to best address her patient’s needs. Dr. Lopes treats successfully a wide variety of pain, gynecological and fertility challenges, insomnia and emotional issues. She has added Conscious Connected Breathing sessions and PSYCH-K®, facilitation to her healing toolbox. All of the pillars used in her practice have with physical pain, stress reduction and supporting you to conquer your self-limiting beliefs, quiet your mind, balance your nervous system, connect with others, and heal on a deeper level. ✨ 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄? Your breath is the bridge between your body and mind. When you breathe deeply and consciously, your nervous system shifts from stress mode (fight-or-flight) to calm mode (rest-and-digest).

Studies show that breathwork:
✅ Lowers cortisol (stress hormone)
✅ Enhances mental clarity
✅ Improves emotional regulation
