What a joyful day teaching Puppy Yoga to benefit ! 🐶

Had the most beautiful Elevate & Renew Retreat in the mountains this past weekend!💗

These 13 incredible women showed up for themselves and left with new friendships, deeper connections, and hearts recharged. 💕 We moved, we breathed, we laughed, we rested… and ate lots of delicious food too.

When women support women, magic happens. 🌸 did not disappoint! These views were incredible. This is a retreat we will never forget✨

✨ Sunday Beginner Bar Apparatus Series ✨

Have you wanted to try both Lyra and Trapeze in the same class? Now’s your chance! This beginner bar series teaches you similar poses on both apparatuses!

This series is for beginners or anyone ready to refresh their bar foundations. No previous experience needed. For ages 15 and up!
