Build the strength that supports your aerial practice in this focused Aerial Conditioning Pop-Up Class!
This 60 min session is designed to help you build upper body, core, and lower body strength through a structured circuit using aerial apparatus and ground based exercises. You’ll rotate through different stations on fabric and bar apparatus, along with floor conditioning, using the equipment as tools to support targeted strength work!
No prior experience on all apparatus is required! All equipment is provided for you!
This class is open to all levels and is perfect for aerialists looking to build strength, work on strengthening or gaining inverts, and implement exercises you can incorporate into your own training to help progress your training.
