Have your kiddo join us for our limited time Kids Yoga series!!

This is perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and FUN! This playful drop-off program helps kids build confidence, coordination, and emotional awareness all while moving their bodies and making new friends.

Each week we’ll explore:
🧘‍♂️ Age-appropriate yoga poses
🎲 Movement games & creative play
🌬 Simple breathing tools for calm + focus
💤 Guided relaxation to wind down

This is a drop-off class series. Parents are welcome to relax in the lobby or return for pickup. Our experienced instructors create a safe, supportive space that encourages independence, self-expression, and positive social connection.

Join us for a joyful 5-week yoga series designed for caregivers and little ones to mindfully move bond together in a supportive, playful space!

Each 45-minute class includes:
🧘‍♀️ Age-appropriate yoga poses
🌬 Simple breathing & mindful movement
📖 Stories, music & playful yoga games
💛 Activities that support confidence, coordination & self-esteem

Caregivers participate right alongside their child, creating meaningful connection through movement and presence.

This workshop is designed to welcome you back to dance in a supportive & judgment free environment! We will focus on foundational elements includin posture, coordination, balance, and strength. We’ll move through a warm up, travel across the floor, and finish with a lyrical combo that allows you to reconnect with movement & musicality.

Instruction will move at an adv. beginner pace & is ideal for dancers returning after a break. If you have experience in lyrical, ballet, jazz, contemporary, or modern, we hope this class feels like a familiar hug! Our studio space is mirror free, offering a chance to turn your attention inward & move without comparison. Filming will only be permitted during the final 10 minutes of class. Our goal is to create a space where dancers feel present, confident as they reconnect with dance. Please wear athletic attire. If you have dance shoes that fit, feel free to bring them; otherwise, barefoot or socks are welcome!

Your dance teacher Kaitlyn grew up dancing and returned to the studio after a seven-year hiatus, eventually becoming a dance teacher. She’s excited to support you as you make your own return to dance!
