Our teachers pour so much heart & creativity into every session they teach. This season, we invite you to help us reflect that light back to them so they know how special they are💗

WHAT TO DO:
Grab paper out of the box, dedicate it to a specific teacher, and share your magic moments with them! can share anonymously or include your name.

Join us for our Prenatal Yoga Series designed for all stages of pregnancy! One of the very few prenatal yoga offerings in Cary, NC!

Each Sunday includes a brief check-in and a safe prenatal practice with mindful movement, breathwork, and pregnancy-appropriate strength + core work to support your changing body.

You’ll move each week with the same group of mamas-to-be, creating space to connect, share resources, and build meaningful community. Learn simple tools to support comfort, mobility, and relaxation throughout your pregnancy journey.

As we enter the season of giving, we’re sharing a small Studio Wish List filled with items that help us continue offering a smooth, uplifting, and well-supported experience for every student who walks through our doors.

These are little things we love providing grip aid, peppermints, hair ties, feminine products, batteries, and more that quietly make your time at the studio feel cared for. With rising costs, it has become harder for us to keep these extras stocked consistently.
