Intravenous therapy vs. Intramuscular injections:
IV therapy involves the infusion of electrolytes, vitamins, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream, resulting in rapid, efficient absorption and 100% bioavailability.
IM injections also result in rapid, though not as rapid, absorption of vitamins and nutrients. This can also have 100% bioavailability depending on the blood flow to the muscle.
IM injections are limited by the volume we can inject into the muscle. So, in general, you can get higher doses with IV therapy and expect longer-lasting results.
The advantages of IM therapy are that it is a quicker service. It only takes about five minutes, and you can feel the effects within a few hours.
Both are great ways to boost your energy, performance, and recovery.
