Therapeutic Solutions (TS) turned 23 years old on Oct. 15th! Tomeico Faison, our CEO, started out as a single consultant for ICF group homes shortly after finishing OT school at UNC Chapel Hill!

Today, TS continues to serve over 20 ICF group homes, 3 community mental health programs and has added consultative services for persons with IDD under the waiver program. Additionally, TS has assisted mental health companies with advancing service provision by adding new programs and clinicians while ensuring financial sustainability!

TS's community partnerships are long term because the commitment to service and excellence is long term!

Speech Therapy and Psychology Contract Positions Available Immediately!

Therapeutic Solutions is seeking a fully licensed speech therapy contractor and psychologist for growing consultative services in NC.

Contractors will provide consultative services for persons with I/DD diagnoses across NC (in person, indirect services and services via telehealth)

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in working with people across the lifespan with intellectual and developmental disabilities in maximizing participation in activities of daily living. The psychologist should have experience with writing behavior plans and consulting on behavior interventions.

Additionally, the candidates must have a strong administrative background and the ability to work independently. The initial contractual time frame is for three months with an option to renew for an additional nine months pending outcomes. There is also an opportunity for growth!
