I've not been posting much lately because I'm hard at work behind the scenes reviewing my business operations & offerings, rebuilding my membership & website on new platforms (not planned but necessary), and focusing on a family priority.

But I just want to make it extremely clear:

I stand with Minneapolis.
I will protect my neighbors and anyone in my community.
I will protect the constitution and democracy so that one day freedom, justice, and basic human rights will apply to everyone equitably.

If you want to see more of my politics, I post a lot more about it on public on my personal page than I do here - BUT you should know the values of your healing support persons. You can follow me or look me up there or just chill on this page (or IG, YT, or TT) but understand that I don't accept friend requests from people I don't know irl.

My hope is that the new year is filled with abundance in all the ways you need it.

I don't make New Year's resolutions because they don't work for me, so I don't put my time and energy into them. I prefer to put my time and energy to things that work for AND with me...though sometimes that involves figuring it out as you go.

When you notice it's not helpful, approach it differently!

So that brings to mind some questions you can ask and answer yourself if you're wanting to approach 2026 differently than past years so you can get new outcomes.

First, get centered. Close your eyes, focus inward. Notice any thoughts, feelings, or sensations... Notice with curiosity instead of assigning meaning or judgement.

Take a few comfortably deep breaths... inhale * pause * exhale

Answer these questions with the first thing that comes to mind:

1️⃣What did you learn this year?

2️⃣What are you willing to set down or leave behind to make space for new outcomes in the new year?

3️⃣What version of you do you wish to create in the new year? What do you do, think, feel? How is your life different?

4️⃣One last question because it is my favorite questions, though it may be somewhat redundant to add but idc... What do you want more of in the new year? What do you want less of?

The last question is my favorite because it simplifies and clarifies what you should move toward and what you should move away from so you can respond in new ways when you notice you're getting more of the stuff you don't want.

The holidays can carry with it some heavy or intense emotions. Here's your gentle reminder that you can (and it's okay to) feel more than one way at a time. You can feel heavy with sadness and grief of those you've lost while also feeling joy for those you get to spend the holidays with. You can be struggling with depression or anxiety and while also doing holiday tasks. You can be doing and feeling multiple ways and though it sometimes feels confusing or conflicting, there is no shame in it - only humanness.

Whatever the holidays are for you, or whatever they bring up from deep inside of you, I send you love and acceptance in hopes that it will help you give yourself the same...

I'm also sporting a new 'do, I chopped my hairs just above my shoulders and I'm LOVING HOW LIGHT IT FEELS 😻

It's that time of year to self-reflect on what you DON'T want to take with you into the New Year...what you want to focus more on and what you're ready to let go of.

This can be as simple a thing as the weight of your hair, which I was ready to let go of for sure! It can also be more complex things such as behavior, thought, or emotional patterns. Or things like being stuck in survival mode, stressed out all the time, creating a certain outcome you desire, or achieving a goal.

So, what do you want MORE and LESS of in the New Year? I'm absolutely NOT talking about making resolutions, instead I'm talking about GAINING CLARITY to create more awareness so you can choose to move towards and align yourself with the things you want more of more consciously and move your attention away from the things you want less of as much as is possible.

Clarity creates more self-awareness, and self-awareness is not in and of itself healing or transformation but it opens up the doors and windows to both.

This is an important point - especially if you struggle with clarity about what you feel, think, want, need, etc. - it's important to understand that when you're stressed, in survival mode, triggered, or dysregulated it is very difficult to have or achieve clarity because all your body/mind's resources are going toward surviving/coping. It's NOT something to blame yourself for, in fact it's a sign your nervous system needs more support and sense of safety/rest.

Hi, I’m Michelle. I am as practical as I am intuitive...or is it the other way around? Either way, my approach is practical and intuitive. My passion is learning about and understanding anatomy and physiology, and how past pain, trauma, coping mechanisms, and conditioning affect them. My approach to healing, growth, and transformation is one of wholeness. You are not *just* your arm, foot, or heart. You are not *just* your thoughts or feelings, even thought they are shaping your reality. You are not *just* your pain or what happened to you.

You are a dynamically functioning, multi-faceted being! Much of our issues, symptoms, pain, illness, and stuck patterns (in life, relationship, health, and more) are inter-related to your past experiences, conditioning, fears, and other subconscious factors that are still operating under the radar. It’s like the iceberg analogy you’ve likely heard before - that you only see a some of the iceberg, the largest part is submerged under the surface...but is still exists and is part of the whole iceberg. Well, your subconscious bits are part of the whole you, and they are creating the majority of what you experience in your reality. Are you ready for a higher level of self-awareness that allows your body to heal more effectively? Are you ready to disrupt old, limiting patterns and FEEL BETTER? Are you willing to tend to your needs in a way that supports your whole self? If so, you are in the right place and I’m going to show you how to make this happen and empower you with tools to continue on your own.
