I keep seeing this delightful cat meme and finding it delightful, so now it can delight you 😺
I've leaned into it to varying degrees at different times in my life, my healing journey has made that easier for me along the way the more I remember who I am and come to love and accept myself as I am.

Now to backtrack to Tuesday night's concert, and
We're so glad these bands came to the East Coast all the way from Arizona - we've hoped and wished for a Bear Ghost tour for about 3-4 years! We got really lucky that it was an all ages show!
Spaceman Bob was A LOT of fun and Bear Ghost sound just as good live as they do on my devices, even though it was gross-hot in the venue bc it was PACKED lol

19 years ago today, I married my best friend.
Through 19+ years of this relationship, I've learned a lot more about long-term relationships than I ever knew. I've learned more about myself than I ever knew, I've broken some patterns and cycles that were limiting & unintentionally harmful to myself and others, and I've discovered how to feel safe in relationships.
Today is special to me because it's my day to honor all the ways I've grown as an individual AND in relationship with one of my favorite humans.
We're not really celebrating in any particular way today, other than hanging out together...But we are attending two concerts this week (one yesterday and one tomorrow), which is close enough to call it anniversary plans.
Anyway, Happy Anniversary to Us 🎉🥂❤

At seven years old, I knew I was meant to break cycles—I just didn't have the words for it yet. Now, as I celebrate my 50th birthday, I can finally say with certainty that every decade of struggle, healing, and growth has led me to this moment of profound self-acceptance and peace.
It's my birthday week and I've been spending it with family since June 29th. It's been a really lovely time, I'm feeling really connected and supported as I slide into year 50.

This country's history is important, even when it's uncomfortable...in fact, those uncomfortable parts are likely the MOST important parts to teach and remember.

Hi, I’m Michelle. I am as practical as I am intuitive...or is it the other way around? Either way, my approach is practical and intuitive. My passion is learning about and understanding anatomy and physiology, and how past pain, trauma, coping mechanisms, and conditioning affect them. My approach to healing, growth, and transformation is one of wholeness. You are not *just* your arm, foot, or heart. You are not *just* your thoughts or feelings, even thought they are shaping your reality. You are not *just* your pain or what happened to you.
You are a dynamically functioning, multi-faceted being! Much of our issues, symptoms, pain, illness, and stuck patterns (in life, relationship, health, and more) are inter-related to your past experiences, conditioning, fears, and other subconscious factors that are still operating under the radar. It’s like the iceberg analogy you’ve likely heard before - that you only see a some of the iceberg, the largest part is submerged under the surface...but is still exists and is part of the whole iceberg. Well, your subconscious bits are part of the whole you, and they are creating the majority of what you experience in your reality. Are you ready for a higher level of self-awareness that allows your body to heal more effectively? Are you ready to disrupt old, limiting patterns and FEEL BETTER? Are you willing to tend to your needs in a way that supports your whole self?
